General Things to Know About the Resort and Your Unit

The onsite office is located at Unit 18B. The office is staffed Monday–Friday from 9am–10pm, Saturday from 9am–5:30pm and is closed on Sundays. Please stop by and say hello to Katy or JJ. They'd love to help you. The direct number to the onsite office is 512-642-8053.

If you require anything after these hours please dial 512-263-5200 and someone will be able to help. If there is an overnight emergency, dial the same number and Press '0' for the operator. We have property managers on-call 7/24/365 and you will be connected to one.

Maximum occupancy of a unit is six (6) people. Minimum age to rent is 24 years old and parents must check in and occupy the property with their children during the entire rental period.

There is no direct lake access from the property.

Smoking is not allowed inside the units. There are ashtrays provided in each unit for use outdoors. Texas Timeshare in Lakeway is not an animal friendly resort. For service dogs, who complete a specific task for their owners, please call our office and make arrangements before your stay.

Our plumbing is sensitive. Please do not flush wipes or paper towels down the toilets.

Two sets of keys will be issued to your party upon check in. Please return both sets at check out. In accordance with our policy, if a key is not returned within 72 hours, a rekey fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card left on file.

Each unit is equipped with a wood burning fireplace. You may find firewood under Unit 17 (next to the BBQ Pit) for your use. Note that we do not provide kindling or matches.
